In all the noise around the bonus fiasco, lets forget the LL5+ who leaked the 135% story. I would like to salute the man/woman who had the courage of conviction to bring is out in the open, knowing fully well that things can come back and hurt him/her.
That also disproves the claim by others that all LL5+ at Ford are scum_bags ------atleast ONE has been proved not to be the case :).

Did senior management really think married couple and / or relatives weren't going to talk?
All I know is all of us will now be required to take an online class on how to talk to the press. I am glad these people did what they did. Now that is Leadership, shows they have a soul.
The LL5 AICP quarterly results were available to view until recently. Not sure when they changed the links and access, but it was sometime mid-Jan onward.
Depends. Was it in a "this isn't right!" or in a "haha, you guys are getting screwed!" way? Makes a big difference.
But my guess is it would have leaked either way?
