Are we getting 100% STI? Are we getting more than 100%?
Also will raises or promotions be given before March?

They said we had great results, if they cut STI it means they are lying
is 100 just for IT or everyone?
STI is on a company and individual basis. Should be funded at 100% but who knows.
Raises and promotions will not come at the same time.
