Folks, now is the absolute best time in recent history to be job shopping. Staying here and staying miserable is your choice at this point. There are so many better options and they're desperate for employees! Devote half an hour of your time each day to it and I guarantee you you'll have several offers within weeks. Just do it!

They’ve started to tell people we’re moving to 100% remote in advance of the bonus cycle to prevent a mass resignation. It’s not going to help.
At this point I don’t even care if I get a bonus - I want out. This isn’t healthy.
I’ve never in my life witnessesed such a dysfunctional organization. We can’t get out of our own way even when we try. I truly hope we are for sale..in whole or in parts.

You should go on an interview every month or so, even if it is not a job you really want. It keeps your interview skills sharp, keeps your resume current, and gets your face and name out in the field if something comes up.
