If you cannot eat on what Allstate pays you it is time for you to consult with a financial planner.
Progressive. I make 10k more in inbound sales than I did with 5 years of tenure at Allstate.
PLUS gainshare.
Yeah. I can actually eat now, and Christmas was paid for by gainshare.
Inflation "requires" Allstate to "give" you a raise? No. As despicable as Allstate management may be, they are not "required" to "give" you anything. Your impression of how the world works is mistaken.
I moved over to progressive. End of year bonus plus making $5k more as an auto adjuster with work life balance .
At a time when jobs are plentiful and everyone is desperate for workers, can you tell me why you feel so underpaid but stay where you are?
