Shhhhh! Mums the word on project 99! Way just loves the name cause it makes people assume it’s just about the beloved grand parkway disaster zone. But this is a sneaky way to well…. I can’t say cause mums the word. By the way I’m stuck in a traffic jam on the “Project 99”. Hehehe. Coming from Tomball.
