Nope, all the confidential information got flushed down the toilet.
They specifically chose the slaves they wanted to keep and highly compensated and rewarded a select list of people they profiled and let go in last go round. Many folks did not leave cause they had not been there long enough but had good background and experience. They were dumped to other areas and treated like trash.
Many were selected and offered huge severance and were very well off from it. Not so much anymore. If your on a list you will be micro-managed, treated like a slave and disrespected by leadership of all levels (systematic profiling)
Basically, everyone that did not accept severance was dumped in as their test experiment/tool and many folks got promotions for doing little or nothing.
Something stinks at SF and it starts with HR, Digital, Risk/Compliance and 3rd parties and systems.
Snake Farm will not offer any more buy outs those days are long gone!!!!
