The spin-off story is over and investors realize the CEO was not being upfront with how bad things really are at Lumen.
I have to agree to the last statement. I heard a recording of the AZ corporation commission ask the Company representative why they fired technicians in June 2021 when our plant needs fixed. And the Company said we didn't fire anyone they left on a voluntary package!? Yeah! After you tell crews that we are being forced reduced, offer voluntary packages and setup a deadline by June. Making low seniority technicians decide between taking a voluntary package to keep food on the family table, or become unemployed. So, you take the VOL package and now they make it sound like you just woke up one day and decided to leave voluntarily! My as*! I wonder what other plays they have in the coach's playbook?
Leadership believes their own lies. The employees know the daily rah rah emails about the transformational journey is all BS. Every new implementation and process change has failed. The CEO stood in front of Wall Street and lied about the direction of the company. The numbers came out and now everyone knows. These clowns are liars and failures. No credibility left with employees, customers or shareholders. The stock will be below 5.00 by the end of the year. Welcome to Qwest circa 2001. More layoffs and sell offs to come as the big brains try to cover their mistakes.

Ha! Massive layoffs in support? What support. They have already cut so deep and the people that are left don't know anything. The new systems they have implemented drive more inefficiencies than productivity.
