I was laid off from W S a few years ago. The package wasn't that good. They said we would get 2 weeks pay for every year worked. Up to 12 weeks max. I was there over 18 years. Most of my time was with a company they purchased. I worked CT, N Y, Boston area.
Management (M J) and existing employees (D B) made it very difficult for employees from the company that was purchased. This appears to be normal ops of W S.
It was by far the worst company I ever worked for.
