It didn’t take long for Marvin to have another Vegas party. What a disgusting and vulgar waste of millions of dollars!!! It was proven during the pandemic that a Virtual Annual Meeting could effectively be held at a fraction of the cost. This is nothing more than a very expensive ego trip. It’s like watching the Academy Awards.
And all while store associates continue to suffer through Record Inflation with NO Cost of Living Pay Increase!!!

They’ll come back with fake juice to pump up the associates at the next “all store meeting “. There isn’t any energy or enthusiasm left in the employees. It’s gone. Lowe’s has sucked the air out of the stores. There isn’t any life or energy left. Too many job eliminations and great associates that have left the stores. Gone.

Our store liked to buy fruit, bagels or juice and milk and leave it out over night.
It really helps build store morale, and drive sales being served stale bagels, suspicious smelling milk, and “fresh fruit” setting out and picked through by the closers from the night before
Then again that’s what corporate prefers, “good for thee, not for me,,,”
Who knows there would be some good news out of this. Considering that hiring is very difficult due to very low pay. It’s about time for them to truly make a change. The associates are the most precious assets of the company.
