So far, the work place has been relatively decent. Management has been transparent on many things…so far. But benefits are decent and work from home has been the new norm.

You should ask if vaccination is required. Important to know.

Met is pretty awful too work for tbh.

Between the execs making millions, telling everybody that the point of RTO is collaboration and ping pong and all the management layers in between fighting between themselves constantly, it's a mess.

The lower level people are generally good.

Benefits are meh, but better than nothing.

I say take the job, use it as an income source and continue to apply for jobs. Once you get a better offer, get the fu-k out ASAP

No. Nothing informed about vaccination status yet.

Does the job require you to be vaccinated?

Unless they offered you $250k+, you can do better.

Interesting posts within 24 hours:

One wants to quit and collect bonus;
One wants to know if they should accept job offer

Anyone else find this to be a small but mighty fishing expedition?

Don't know about audit. Make the decision based on pay and convenience. But overall Met is a sh-t place to work these days.

Don't do it.

Pay and bonus are sub par unless you got an offer that is really good, you will regret taking it.

If the job is in tech, it's a waste ladn of bad management and technology.

Most of the management is pretty clueless actually.

Many groups in the company are just toxic.
