Thread regarding VMware layoffs

Etica at vmware

I read several times in this forum about Etica and how it is a tool for managers to enable them to retaliate from anyone who speak up against favoritism. Is this still the case or any changes?

Last time I used it was about 2 years ago. The manager left vmware (velo) because he was exposed by so many employees of retaliative actions.

But I wanna know how is it now? Any help?

7 engineers left velo and eni since Jan 1st of this year. Less than 45 days and you lose 7 engineers to the hostile workplace created y the current first managers.

I am here counting an enjoying the paycheck while laughing my a-s loud.

Will be interesting to see this online on LinkedIn post, some well know newspapers… VMware are so great on paper but in reality is cr-p, second grade company

It doesn't matter if it is an HR system, a Support ticketing system, a Product Feedback form, a CSAT survey, or an employee survey - all feedback systems have been engineered to minimize and make the negative feedback go away as quickly and quietly as possible.

Any tool provided by HR is for managers and not for you. HR is there to protect managers and the company.
