Whomever is saying 4-5% has no idea what they are talking about. Letters are available on the 14th. Relax. Don’t spend money you don’t have yet.
If you met exp you will receive 4.5-5%
Per the 2021 circular, Alex' gross cash bonus was 1.3 million. DZ was 409K
Any idea how the 'other compensation' is broken down? AP received 100K. DZ 76K. Guessing that is an allowance used at their own discretion?
Remember all of this when you may lose your job. We're commodities to increase these bonuses. If I was a narcissist and psychopath, I'd be alll over that.
