I see it at work and I see it in the posts here. So many of you are at the point where you're close to losing your sanity due to HON. It's not worth it. The good days are long gone and there's nothing that should be keeping you here if you don't want to be. There are plenty of companies that will be better for your mental health, search them out. If I ever reach that stage, I'll be gone even without a job lined up. Nothing is worth my health, mental or physical.

Couldn’t agree more! If you are unhappy then put in the effort and go elsewhere.
Lol, remember when they introduced those hotlines and clearwater was the only site to put up the posters. Huge ruckuss about that sitecbeing 90 percent of calls to the hotline.
There is a 800 number to call if you have mental health issues. Totally anonymous available to all employees… call them and explain your issues… vaccines, indigestions , diarrhea … they are there to listen to you. I use it when I don’t want to be in a meeting with a looser.
Sorry Karen, is the rampant mental health issues visible in the honeywell work force bothering you? Do you think it would help if HR did more candidate screening? Make sure no future crazy or unhappy workers get hired in the first place?
Great idea ! This group has the same goal.
Lets tell people truthful and engaging ancedotes about working at honeywell and keep the easily depressed, potentially caring, and slightly empathetic from ever applying.
Do it right and our candidate pool will be the brave, hardworking, amoral, sadists..perfect candidates for fast tracking into management. After all.. serial killers are extremely detail oriented and often brillliant..an underutilized resource.
Clearly anyone who expresses views outside the overton window is mentally ill.
The only people loosing their sanity are the trolls on here.
STOP!
Take their money . Sleep on the job (most do anyway) use the unlimited sick and vacation time. HW is great if you know how to play their game. Its a game of chess....
