Bonus payout

Will they pay bonus if I put in 2 weeks on 1st of March and say last day on March 16th. I believe bonus payout will be March 14th this year? Or do I need to give 2 weeks after bonus payout?

How much do you get for referring people to work here?

I'm in a similar boat as you. In the final rounds for a job somewhere else.

I'm planning on trying to stay until I get my bonus AND will tell the new place I need to be compensated for missing out on a bonus.

If an employer can lie to you, why not the other way around?

Play both sides. Tell the company that gave you an offer that you'll be walking away from whatever you Met bonus is. Negotiate a sign on bonus to compensate. I did that when I took my job with Met but instead of a sign on bonus they upped my salary offer.

You will receive your payout under the scenario you’ve described.
