If this is true, why did we lose two contracts. If the customers are so happy, Minneapolis Minnesota site shouldn’t have lost two contracts. Heard one contract was very big. Really don’t know if this is 100% true. However, they talked about reducing staff in March.

When I say staff. I’m talking about production staff members.

In two years we’ve lost five contracts. I’m already having a exciting run. Running out the door. In order to find a new job. The incompetence of the people running this place. Resulted in loss contracts.

TIME will tell soon enough. A couple more years the results will be so obvious without need for debate or prediction. Just wait and see how HON save themselves.

What a bunch of CR_P! VP's are very well paid. Head always in guillotine and MM waiting with his hands on the big lever. If they sleep more then 2 hrs a days they are on vacation. Short life span. Medical ills. Short painful retirement awaits them alone because all their family left them long ago and no friends as they did the same.

"Its a great time to be a VP".

VP's are always laid off. Im going to lmao when this guy gets laid off for not meeting his numbers because there are simply not enough people to lay off.

Maybe if it is bought out by another company. Quarterly numbers are being made but revenue is steadily shrinking which doesn't bode well for the future. Need more than just smoke and mirrors.

I suppose it all depends on how you define "growth."

If you define it as the stock price going up, then you're probably right, Honeywell is set for huge growth.

Unfortunately, that "growth" will continue to be at the expense of the rest of the company. Honeywell will continue to license, outsource, off-shore, and otherwise gut the company in their pursuit for keeping the money flowing in. The old "burn the furniture to heat the house." Although, at this point, it's more like "pull every-other 2x4 from the wall to heat the house."

This kind of thing works great, until one day it doesn't. Just ask Boeing. They were doing a great job of playing this game, reaching an all time high stock price of $440 back in 2019. Now, they're trading at less than half of that.

Enjoy the "growth." Just know when to cash-out.

It must be once of those directors that just got promoted to VP or and external hire, that thinks that now that they are a VP they will finally have the power to change things. Most VPs at Honeywell is just executive level punching bags for the customers to rant to until they find a different supplier.

if connected industrial is such a great thing why are honeywell's factories sooo backward. We dont even use honeywell barcode scanners or door badges. They are installing "pilot" lines on some products with high volume but all that equipment and expertise is coming from other companies.
Nothing but follow the latest buzz.. money chasing.. similar to the popup mask business that we bought from norcross safety, destroyed and sent to china in 2015, recreated to great fanfare in 2020, and have now shipped off to mexico.

Probably a good thing you are open to relocation. I understand connected industrials will be headquartered in mexico.

Good luck.

LOL ...... Honeywell cant get more bearish, the stock has broken the last 2 levels of support, is $30 below the 200 day moving average. Next support level around $160.... this is the part of the roller coaster where put your hands up and scream.

Exactly what product will be making this magical event happen? Did we somehow procure a large avian creature that poops golden eggs?

By huge growth, I assume you mean by the amount of fertilizer that has been spread out of the company management that we are one good rain away from something growing.

It is a great time, i agree. I am coming over to join C industrial where I will report directly to the CTO to manage all architects and should be VP within a year, as we separate from connected to be a fully stand alone unit. Relocation is being worked out, so all is good

Good for you. I understand the executive pension plan vests in 6 years.

I still wouldn't invest in honeywell versus the broader market.
Consider this comparison :https://example.com/ywsvsm92

You would have all the risk of a single stock and performance that is at or below market return even including dividends.

Would you work for a company you would not invest in? Me neither.
Now i spend time telling honeywellers that there are better places to work.
Call it community service.
