Xerox promised merit raises, they were to be communicated in March, on first pay in April. Nobody seems to know anything about it.
Shocking really and growing old. So tired of empty promises.

The raises given had absolutely nothing to do with merit.
Why would XRX give increases to employees to afraid to quit? Just do your job and keep complaining here to the 6 active posters...

Clearly I may have been lied to, but I was told they were in April, for June's pay period.

HR email from 2/1 (for the Direct side at least in the US) said planned in February, communicated in March, active in April.
If you’re not smart enough to realize you can find a timeline of that information on internal sites you don’t deserve a raise

They were already communicated. Most cases in February.
