Yet another reorg. They are losing valuable resources. Associates know their worth but management does not realize.
Many new hire requests are being rejected. They are sticking to the 'do more work with less people' mantra. Despite what they advertise, they really don't care about the front line workers. $1 billion earnings in fourth quarter was not enough to cover stock dividend payouts, executive pay and bonus increases, changing the corporate name to 'Elephants Health', and buying more companies.

leaders on the project asked to hire more people to work on the burndown. GM said no. Too expensive was her argument.
