@1vmq+1fZD54LP You got it.

In 2018-19 timeframe our arrogant a$$hat of a COO SB told fuji to come back to the table when ‘they could behave’. Any of us who have been with this company long enough knew you culturally didn’t do that to Fuji execs. It was embarrassing and it was the last straw. Xerox was going to pay for that.

At our dealer we can get Non-Xerox supplies much, much easier and faster than we can for Xerox.

Well, to be fair, no Vendor had the gall and idiocy to treat their sole R&D Supplier and IP owner (Fuji) like they were peasant scums and Xerox their overlord.

And to top it off they did that to JAPANESE of all cultures. If anyone wasn't going to take the bad manners of those EPIC proportions from baka gaijins its them.

Result are clear: no more new printers for you. Toner? Ah so sorry, supply chain! Covid! HAHAHAHA.

The day Carl Icahn comes groveling back to them with a sincere apology is the day the relationship may hope to be mended.

Is xerox the only company in the industry with supply chain problems? Industry Insider says, “No!” Are Xerox’s supply chain issues outrageously horrible by comparison? He also confirms, ,”Yes!”

Every electrical product has PWBA SupplyChain issues ... unless they don't use circuit boards in their devices.

Yes, you are correct, No Vendors have issues with ordering Xerox supplies because they don't use xerox supplies!!

I know other OEMs - Canon, KM & Ricoh - have the same / similar issues.

NO vendor has the issues to the extent Xrx does. And I'm in a position to know.

Isn't it funny that you are full of $hit. EVERY vendor has these issues in our industry. Try to expand your network.

Isn't it funny how other OEM's don't have these issues?
