This plan includes HBO. States in the plan that if you have TV service you will receive HBO at no cost. DTV took my HBO away. Anyone else have this issue??

I called the customer care number, stayed on the phone for 90 minutes and was able to get HBOMAX free under my unlimited wireless account. It didn't show up as an option in myatt but they did something in the back end systems and a couple days later it showed up. Who know if it stays after the Warner spin off.
I shut off my DTV but HBO max still works for free weeks after disconnecting. Not my problem and really don't watch anything on there anyway its all strange programming like raised by wolves.
What is Elite Wireless Plan?

With your directv employee discount , you got hbo max included for free. You likely logged into the app with your Directv account. When you canceled dtv you lost hbo max UNDER that account. However , If you have elite wireless , you just need to log into hbo max with your wireless account info. If it doesn’t work it’s because you first have to activate the free hbox max on your wireless plan
#metoo. When my DTV discount changed, lost my hbomax, tried using my cell login but that did not work. I don't think our plan is Elite.
Directv started charging me 15 a month for HBO max. I’ve never even used it or signed up for it, so I have no idea how they decided to bill me for it.
DTV took your HBO away? Aren’t you the one who canceled?
You get hbo max included with the elite plan regardless if you have tv or not. You log in with same username and password as your wireless account
