they don't monitor this site or any other because they don't care what associates have to say. they're too busy coming up with things to make it harder on hourly associates.
How does Walmart Inc handle surveys and suggestions.

Focus on the bad scores and how to get rid/cover them up. Only engage with positive scores and ignore or say will look in to this matter to all suggestions.

A website that allows anyone to anonymously post anything they want, sure I bet Bentonville is crunching the numbers and complying the data to finally solve all the companies problems.
They do monitor this site. They can monitor cameras for each individual club from home office. That's a fact. I've seen it. Let's go home office!

Bringing back third shift would be a nice place to start.
New executive's and H.R people that actually care about the company and the associates and not THEIR own greed. That's where it needs to start, change with leadership. Put actual LEADER'S in that will actually do things right. Take care of your associates and they will take care of the members.
