This is most likely the beginning of the end. Anytime I have seen something big coming it usually stated from the top down. I would expect a few more directors and VPs to leave and "spend more time with their families " over the next coming weeks and months. LL got his golden parachute and others will follow.
The unannounced sales is completed they just need to tie the bow.

LL became fall guy but he ain’t even breathing hard with his 500k parachute and years worth of benefits. Any of his previous underlings worth anything will slowly find their way onto next sale at next company. Layoffs are coming.
