@baoj Seeing as how most job postings contain a link to the salary ranges, not sure why the link would be removed.
how come the link to the GSR pdf got removed?
The salary ranges are posted Internally
People in my team were among the first to get HTHD classification. This was over 3-4 years ago (pre-covid) and it’s funny now it is a big deal and people think it is a new thing. We are in software….so….as expected we are on the cutting edge……
You’ll get a letter when you are classified as HTHD. The only change is a higher AICP bonus. Salary won’t be adjusted. I went from a midpoint GSR8 to bottom HTHD.
LL5 $125,280 to $237,120
Its just a base salary without bonus
How do you even know if you're classified as HTHD? Is it in your employee profile or somewhere on the HR site?
HTHD is nothing but a complete fraud.
I talked to many of those who are categorized as HTHD employee. These HTHD employees are quite frustrated at this fraudulent practice of ford management.
This is correct, with HTHD, they increased bonus to some amount. They also increased the salary range. But this in no way affect the salary at all. I fear for those poor HTHD employees would ever reach mean salary in their lifetime in ford. Luring employees with this kind of false promise is backfiring.
Moreover, I heard from many HTHD employee that their AICP amount reduced to 80%, 90%, 95% to compensate for the increased amount. This is unprecedented, uncivilized way of depriving employees of their due share. This is how ford is demonizing its employees. Most of the HTHD employees merit increased to 2.6% to 3%.
What a lie and dishonesty!
The HTHD ranges can also be found via the life@ford pages, caveat of this program is that it's attached to the position and not the employee. I only looked at the GSR8 range and it's shifted up about 22%, plus eligible to be nominated for stocks. But this doesn't matter since if you're current pay overlaps with the HTHD range you do not get a pay bump going into the program, and if you're below it you come in at the bottom of the range. It's picture of a carrot if you're already a direct hire, the sole purpose is to be able to offer higher starting salaries to potential hires. What'll be funny is when the currently hot positions are no longer hot and get dropped from the program and those people who hired in high get an instant pay cut.
Sad. Sad to know that these scums and parasites are getting so much money.
Too much
Is the range different if classified HTHD?

Look at the salary table, it'll give you the range
There is a wide range of salaries in each pay band. The bands overlap in pay.
The LL6 pay ranges to 170s. 170-180 would be an average LL5 salary as most LL5 are promoted to midpoint salary of LL5. LL5 bonus can exceed their salary.
