Why do you care about shoplifters, just do your job
Also if you want CEO pay then work to become a CEO, don’t complain from the bottom
Shoplifters are giving CVS a Five star rating between green zone, no employees on sales floor, and of course the look the other way on shoplifting policy. The Green Zone is definitely green $$$$ for the wrong reason. I wonder if Karen and the board of directors allow people to come into there homes and steal????!
Programs need to be created so the people in the ivory towers can justify why they have a job. Pretty much busy work. Their salaries are outrageous. The CEO in 2020 made 23,057,647 and the median employee was paid 55,716.00. The CEO pay ratio was 414:1. Take the median employee pay and multiply it times 414 and you have what the CEO made in 2020. The CEO made 414 times what the median employee made. And who does all the work and make it happen? The employee that is at the bottom and is not appreciated.
Well don’t forget CVS is getting into the metaverse. I can’t wait to see the one single employee running around running the little digital store. I’m hoping the little avatar people don’t walk off the job. LMAO
The retail segment of this company is doomed. Until we have someone that has run a retail business and has knowledge of what actually goes into running that business day to day operations the stores are screwed. We have people in the ivory tower that are so out of touch or lack the knowledge of the labor that is truly needed to run stores. Keep rolling out all the new programs to justify all the corporate jobs, while at store level there is no labor to support all the new tasks coming down. This company needs one of those active investors to come in and shake up the suits that are getting fat of the backs of the few at the bottom.
