Dell is not a leader in anything other then giving each other high fives and posting on Linkdin about employee weekends and being a victim or some sad story or some irrelevant useless promotion with endless credentials which is still useless. There is no innovation other then comparing themselves to HPE.

Dell was NEVER a leader, and EMC did nothing, never invented anything just bad mouthed other products till they bought the companies out and then with only adding the EMC Logo it was the best thing yet. All EMC sales are a-holes
Linkdin of Dell Employees Directors of Segments are all about show and victims how they overcome what ever. If you want to see whiners go to Linkdin.
And the glassdoor reputation of Dell is outstanding - 4.3!! It is on par with Google, Microsoft and Facebook. It is much better than Amazon's glassdoor reputation (3.8). So we can proudly announce DELL to be a leader in Glassdoor reputation scores!! It does not matter to us that DELL does not manufacture anything anymore, we are proud of it as a reputation leader!!! Hip Hip Hurray for DELL!!
My org’s LinkedIn is all smiles and high fives and pictures of team building and candle making and whatnot while the reality at work is everyone hating our management so much that no one speaks during staff meetings out of fear of being harassed. It’s incredible how two-faced the directors are.
I am asked weekly to summarize performance but if anything is not positive I’m asked to lie to make all of the numbers green so the high fives can continue. Feels like being trapped in a circus.
