With all the push online by management. Premier portals and push towards apex. Surely sale's numbers are going to be reduced.Wages in Europe are a lot higher than the staff in Hyderabad I'm sure.Why pay an average wage when Dell can reduce costs and ship call center's elsewhere.
Plus the team in Hyderabad really know the products and have a passion for Dell.So the question is what's the general feeling?
Surely someone has heard something about cuts or a reduction in numbers?
