Chemicals Technology team is the worst among the worst team. They cover mistakes of their chosen would be young leaders instead of teaching them to do the right things. Pity for those employees who want to do their job with integrity and with utmost respect.

It is impossible to fix until the upper management level is cleared. If you are looking at people at manager level, you will find that they are promoted by the same MBA, who know nothing about chemical and chemistry. That person should be the one to be removed.
Poor education, weak management, incompetence resulted in underperformance & loss of revenue so had to be shut down. Good riddance.
What happened to Aberdeen office? Why did they shut it down?
