I still wander what he has done?
- He barks about complexity. He was in charge of marketing worldwide. Our complexity increased along with the buildable combinations.
- What market share have we gained? Again, he has been here since the late 2000s and our share of the market has shrunk. In fact, we retreated from certain market segments.
- Quality and execution of launches is in the toilet and climbing.
- So, he makes a speech the stock goes up on hype.
I Quess we all missed that career path.

Given 54 vs 136 and now 2x, it is clear management does not need your outputs to exceed their objectives. It is also obvious your success or failure does not have any contributions toward the performance of those who define your objectives.
