It's upsetting how low morale is at AIG these days. People simply don't care anymore - for very good reasons - and it's making work both more difficult and more depressing. I understand why this is the case but it's still not easy to see it happening as this was once a great organization to work for. It makes me sad to see how much things have changed for the worse.

I didn't care about AIG before I was laid off, and I certainly don't care about them after I was laid off. I'm sure that you will feel the same when you time comes, and it will if you stay with AIG long enough. Get out now while you can escape with your sanity intact!
