How has the board not done something with him yet? They are just as much to blame! You can’t tell me they haven’t noticed how many 20+ year employees have left.. for no reason. (Guess what, there’s reasons) Cause I’m one of them! The company went to sh-t! Back to salary, working 70+ hours at less pay than department heads and new hires while the suites still make it home for dinner and get their weekends and holidays with their families. Randy cares about himself and himself only. He has more security than our president. Wouldn’t need to secure yourself if you didn’t cause so many people to hate you, sir. Hy-Vee used to be great. Congratulations Randy, you did some things well! Like ruin a company and lives.

Bring your response. I would put my record and accomplishments up against anyone! I show results! I don’t cry and complain when things don’t go my way! I do think you for giving me motivation to prove you wrong! HyVee has been around close to 100 years and I bet there still here for a while to come. There are 93k employees there right now!

Non-performing leaders complain, can’t make improvements, never keep good people and then drop out cause it was hard and not their fault someone else’s! Yes I believe that probably sums you up. Probably never even did training with your subordinates and blamed them for all your leadership shortfalls.
I know this cause I see it. I say something about it and hope they get rid of those and give others a chance.

I have nothing to hide! I was a hard working employee of that company that got screwed so I left, Like hundreds of others; probably thousands! You think it wasn’t hard!? BS! But at some point you can’t lay down and let yourself be used.
I’m going to assume you’re one of the suits that gets paid well and always gets your raises and time off. Get off your high horse. Spend some time in a store. Or maybe a side department. As----e.
