so now in our club its the membership desk responsibility to process donations, cuz management is to lazy to come out of the office to do them.

Hopefully the membership desk can also assign who the gift cards go to. Management and team leads have NO clue who needs them.
You're so lazy, you can't bother handing out a gift card and writing it down.
We processed the donations at our service desk until the company destroyed the desk set up that worked and built the ridiculous thing they have now. Between the high turnover rate and sloppy workers, they can't handle keeping a ledger of donations. Did they teach these people nothing in school, like how to write or the ability to add?
