Agree. The way Allstate treated employees in 2020…personality tests (!) and layoffs in the middle of the pandemic….it is clear they are NOT a good place. That’s when I began to bide my time, time to leave !

Former Allstate employee here. I left in July. Never been happier
every one of my old coworkers who defended Allstate is either doing awful there now or got laid off and doing HORRIBLE at new companies. It’s funny the “star” employees and politics-playing managers are now job hopping continually cause many realized they have no transferable skills or work ethic. Life is hard when favoritism doesn’t work in your favor.
Yes, I too had nightmares and was grinding my teeth. It was SO bad for my mental health!
We are dying here ! Interning next week at Progressive. A few old coworkers love the end of year bonuses and work life balance .
