Where do you see 150 pallets is reasonable for a crew of 3 people? PM merchandisers do less and less while AM crew picks up all the pieces.

We have so much freight coming in we literally have no steel space! We are getting slammed with trucks of water and paper and always have 3DC’s along with all the FedEx,UPS and local cr-p. We are getting connex trailers to put stuff in. It ridiculous and when we ask for help in receiving and claims areas we are told to stop complaining!! What ever happened to “receive it right”
Just ignore the direction. At worst you get less pallets to stock, at best you get 6 months of paid vacation while you find a better job.
We just put half the stuff back up before opening. Waste of payroll but who cares. I get paid by the hour lol.
