The boxer Mike Tyson once said "everyone has a plan until they get hit". You're crazy to believe that you are protected because you are trying to be being objective. The reality is that many highly skilled (and highly committed) workers have been dumped. You can be assured that your job is not an exception.

Shuffle layoff promote. End up with 700 Chiefs and 700 Warriors. Let’s go to War but dang we got old mules, broken wooden arrows, and new rented plastic pistols. We’re fighting for a block that we rent and do all maintenance on. Good thing we get Government Checks, and our other government is paying for sewage upgrades that we end paying for by doing the construction. This could be a book but it’s just the life of Windstream.

One thing cleared up this week is Windstream does not care how you deal wit the Biden inflationary years. It is not their concern as stated by a certain inept leader.
