Simply wasting money, spending and spending when they could be saving costs for people. The senior leadership is SO out of touch. The initiatives truly do nothing. Smoke and mirrors. Patting themselves on the back. "Look how great we are!" Really? And what have you done? Truly and really? VPs with B.S. titles. Dedicated directors laid off. Managers who are not staying in their lanes.... but at the end of the day, it's all about the stock, right?
