It used to be the other way around, Pratt was a place to be. A great company to advance your career. Now it's a company where you get stuck and the only way to make any progress is to leave. Ask around and see how many people are getting ready to leave. I think if the management realized how high that number is, it would shock them into doing something. Maybe.

Na, you are only useful to the company until you are not useful to the company anymore. That is why they laid off 20%+ of their employees in October 2020….. making room for more Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity personnel to take management of the company…. I see the moral at Pratt is now so high (sarcasm)
