Folding the same shirt 200 times a day

I have been doing this job for a long time and I understand why clothes need to be neatly folded. However, how much perfection is too much perfection?

Folding the t-shirt perfectly has become the biggest source of frustration ever since we got a new boss. He does not seek tidiness, he seeks perfection that is difficult and almost impossible to achieve. He doesn't really achieve anything special for this company other than exhausting his employees and perhaps satisfying his big ego.

Wait you complaining about folding?
What about the size! You have to have everything buy size😂😂 as we all know doesn’t matter what they do nothing works for them! At the end is the same thing from years. Don’t stress out keep folding close if don’t like quit!

You can't have perfection in clothing , I worked in that dept. for 2 years those people pick up shirts, pant's or whatever is on the tables and toss them all over the place. Such a frustrating dept. to work in. I watched these people daily do this ,& they saw me watching them ,they just went to the next table did the same thing such pigs. So are you supposed to follow them and fold wright behind them all day long NOT POSSIBLE !!! Your manager is stupid ,make him work there for a day see how that goes ,what a loser.

We were as club managers to have clothes perfect 24/7 no matter what at least in SE region. It didn’t matter time of day or anything else. Perfect 24/7 and folded a certain way.

Actually, the red pallet guy backed off because Kath found out about it at YBM and didn’t understand why associates were being made to restack every pallet.

Apparently we complained enough to get red pallet guy to back off of his d-mb red pallet idea. He didn't admit how d-mb it was or that he made a bad call of coarse, he blamed it on miscommunication. When folding a shirt remember that if red pallet guy really cared about perfection and consistency, every article of clothing would be on a hanger. However the most important thing to remember, and I can't stress this enough, it's just a fcking shirt.

If you are talking about the red pallet guy here is something else he is looking into... each article of clothing will come with a security device removable only by cashiers... the device will send a notification to your handheld each time the piece of clothing it is attached to needs refolded. That will ensure you never miss an opportunity to make sure you do not get coached for poor folding....
