The most toxic workplace. And the fact they cater to the woke and retarted bullsh-t. Its not about your contribution or performance. It's clicky bullsh-t . Ide love to see who's still left when the dest settles. It's insulting to have management that has the intellect of a gnat. It's almost like it's a requirement at this point. That explains a lot

Absolutely - the ageism is strong here. Don’t even think about advancing once your 50 - even though you’ve worked there half your life.
I hear that so much chatter about them pushing you out when you’re older. Scary.
Especially when you turn 50. You suddenly overnight become a big target at this company; regardless of how great you were at 49 or how hard you worked at 49 1/2.
