Interestingly, of all my colleagues, only those who rarely or never complained have left so far. Gone are the ones I thought were very comfortable here. On the other hand, those who are constantly complaining are still there. Most spend too much energy on complaining, although we all know that nothing will change for the better here.

Working for UHC is like a bad marriage. You complain all day, but never leave because you scared leaving is worse
UHG should be failing due to all the lawsuits and the fact they promote based on your lack of education.... LMFAO
And there you have it. UHG is failing because the best and brightest are leaving.
