Yes, this is for claims. It’s for the new CCO. Looks like a lot of automating, moving people around, looking for people to go to LDU. And a whoooole lotta micromanaging. No talk of layoffs. Just a lot of brainwashing that everything is going to be just fine!

Massive rate increases around the country to pay for the mess created at the top of the most poorly run companies this century. 4000 jobs shed and every critical job only to cut 3 points off expense is pure BS
