Does anyone know when the raise happened for forklift drivers? They used to be same level as regular merchandisers.

Only a few got a raise. Been a lift driver for 19 years and never got a raise for driving a lift.
The only lift drivers getting an increase are the new “ Forklift Merchandiser” position. Which our club has zero. No one wants to drive and the current drivers don’t have time or incentive to train anyone. What a joke. Forklift drivers should be compensated because it is a skill and no one else wants to do it. This company is so far removed from where it use to be it is ridiculous, Sam Walton is rolling in his grave,
