yeah HR expert in top role = not caretaker manager, but undertaker manager. the new apple HR hire is going to take a look at the salary ranges and laugh. i suspect that many good dedicated ford engineers make less $ yearly after 30 years of work than some new apple hires based on the numbers i have seen.
Ford is placing a life-long HR person into a Ford Blue Ops position. That should tell everyone all they need to know. If you are in Ford Blue, it's time to get a new job.
If you read the news yesterday, she was put into a more of an operational job reporting to Kumar. Now that tells me she will be focused on the Salaried folks in the Ford Blue.
