Nepotism is rampant here. That's my opinion. The objective of the company is no longer to hire the very best people and it has a very toxic impact on morale too. But it seems that our leadership is not worrying much about how it will ultimately affect the company's performance...

Oh if this is HR and you need names, just head over to linkedin and watch it in real time. You can narrow your search down to GAC employees posting about "great leadership".
Specifics??? Oh yeah you HR trolls would love for us to name names. Y’all know the game of who’s but t gets kissed even though employees are leaving in droves because of toxic management. If you need specifics, you’ve got your had up MB’s ar-e too far. Open your eyes.
