Wokeness has arrived a GAC with all the 'special groups'. Way back it use to be one big circle, now the 'ME' mentality runs rampant. So sad its being allowed, for those 'Few' not to get offended!
I agree…not much racism. A lot of us white American engineers got laid off in the 2021 purge. A lot of non-Americans, mainly from Latin America kept their jobs. If GAC was racist, the Americans would have kept those jobs instead of getting tossed out to have the government pay them with unemployment.

LOL racism at gulfstream, no it’s you. I spent too much time at that company to believe there is racism there unless something drastically changed in the last couple months. Go to building Z and see how many people of color is in the Jamaican IPT manager’s group that are ME’s and who all are ME3’s then come back and talk about racism. I think you’ll find something interesting in that group if you have an open and unbiased mind.

Omg! Never report anything to HR! Puts you at the top of the layoff list. There’s a reason good people are gone and directors hung on after whistles were blown. HR protects the company, not us!
if it's an issue, I'd report it to your HR person. They will handle it. Throwing things out there like this on layoff website do zero good to fix the problem, if there is indeed an issue.
