Does anyone know if we are getting our whopping 2% payrise?

Once got a penny increase, so missed out on the 2% raise. That wasn’t as bad as when they eliminated my position, told me my hourly would stay the same then when it came time to do paperwork they were dropping it to below what I started at (and below what new hires were making). Best thing ever though, that was my final straw. I got out and now make more money somewhere else. If you don’t like the pay, check out all the job openings, so many places are hiring!
Inflation has already taken it! Time to look for a better job.
It is totally unacceptable for this company not to give employees a meager 2% increase. We used to be evaluated and receive raises based on our performance. The cost of living is completely out of control. We all need to receive that 2% percent. I know co-workers who are struggling to make ends meet with the out of control gas prices and food prices. This company is making tons of money.

Umm, yes. It came a couple of paychecks ago. If you didn’t see an increase, than you obviously got a recent pay increase or are capped.
