The functions of Data Team seem like it should be part of IT, but it isn’t (currently). With so much of IT going to Accenture, any thoughts on data team going down the same path?

Statements about IT are so true. Also anything Accenture is involved with will turn into a mess
IT thinks most department s should be part of IT. Except they don't realize that there there obsession with CYA audit controls over getting work done means most people don't want to have to deal with IT ever, and most departments would be better off outside IT.
