The Vanity Leadership

TR never stops amazing you on how incompetent their new VP+ hires are. Eligibility for VP+ are external candidates, mostly from Intuit, has been a minion to one of the leaders in the past and most important: they shouldn’t know anything pertinent to the role they’re hiring for. Example: Central Data team- all of them are data head’s minions from her past role and none of them have any background in data. Heck one of them comes from some business development background. TR Titanic going full throttle into the iceberg

Just looking at the exec hires is a crash course in nepotism 101. New CEO comes in and brings his people who in turn bring their people. The next round of ELT will do the same thing in a few years.

Holy Sh*t! This was definitely my experience too at TR. The VP I worked for was a prior-Intuit employee that was as competent as a pet rock. He literally didn't do anything valuable. He was/is a corporate parasite, just sucking the life blood out of TR.

These were the throwaways at dotted t Intuit? Makes one wonder why. McKidiots are everywhere. Instead of putting the cat on the table, put the McKidiots on the table and put the table in the fire sale!

Why would you do something logical like hire people who are qualified for the roles being offered, and who have the knowledge and experience for those roles? Indeed, full steam ahead with the communication line between the bridge and engine room disconnected.

Don't forget about the McKinsey XL Pipeline. There should be a federal injunction to stop that pipeline from ever being utilized again.

Be here now.
