If they continue to treat us like a tool to complete their goals or hidden agendas which can be discarded once the task is done, people will continue to leave in droves. Soon, they'll find themselves lacking the said "tools" to get the job done, and then what are they going to do? We're people, not robots. It'd be nice of management to remember that.
