The stress is huge. Employees are expected to do more than ever. Managers are not very interested in whether such demands are realistic or not. They are only interested in the end result. I am starting to wonder whether a job with so much stress is worth it at all..

I am thinking of joining citi in ops. It sounds interesting should I do it as I am smart and dont mind working.
Amen brother. I walked 2 months ago and am kicking myself for not leaving sooner. I not only got more bucks in the paycheck but also got an extra week of vacay.
No, it is not. Such is the reason I left. More money and half the stress. So I’m happy.
