Thread regarding Marriott layoffs

I moved from New Orleans to NYC and I was considering applying. It used to be a decent place to work but I haven't worked at one since before the pandemic. My guess is things might have changed drastically in the last five years, so any input would be appreciated. Especially if you're in NYC.
