With the recently opened post of RM for 42 appearing, is Follett likely to divide the stores into other regions & save the payroll on a new RM?

Awesome that in a region known for high turnover (5 in 5 years), she decided to hire somebody that already left the company once
I’m not sure because they just changed around a bunch of stores. If they did that some of the regions would have 35-40 stores. A new RM would make it easier on the other RMs, but does that matter? I think if they did this, there will be a lot of store closings/virtual stores, which would be an excuse to get rid of payroll.
One of the stores in the region just lost a manager and ASM, but the replacement is listed as Temporary. I’m not sure if that means they won’t be there long or if it was just a mistake on Follett’s part.
